Well bit of a test fit and things are going well

Just need the add the signal light recess  and give it a good clean up and paint, Then its on to the ignition switch position on the dash and clean up the four gauge mount

Well got the indicator light recess in and now just need to test fit all switches and a coat of filler and paint

Picked up a clean grill, will use a few of my own good chrome bits to finish it off, But very happy with it.

John I wish i could say I used some home made jig and pressed them out ..  but all I did was used the old recess from the cluster I cut up ..  then just filled in the slots with some weld. Drilled the holes out to the correct size. simple as that.
