iNFO REQUIRED PLEASE.

EXISTING RIMS ARE 18 INCH WITH 225X40X18 TYRES, IF I WENT BACK TO 13 INCH RIMS WTH 205X65X13 WOULD THIS EFFECT INCREASE  REVS BEHIND A TRIMATIC ?

Revs will increase by 7% with the change proposed. Simple maths.
