John,
Whenever you are down, you are more than welcome to check out my sheds. I have little stashes all over the place. My wife thinks I have a squirrel as a decendant somewhere back in the dark ages.
I live by the rule, "Never keep your eggs all in one basket".

Hell no, Trev.
I have 3 FB's (ARMY ute, Stock ute & the Copcar) & love them!! I just want an FE or an FC army vehicle too. Bit greedy I suppose. It is so much easier to get info & help on FE FC models, as there is no other information forum that even comes close to this one. You ask a question here & someone always has the answer. On the FB EK sites, it is a lot harder to get questions answered.  Here, I can take some numbers from the car, punch them into the computer & voila`, I can find out the month the car was built & everything else about it.

FE's, FC's = Love them.
FB's = Love them
All other models, like them quite a lot (Except the Brabham Torana!!!).
Regards,

hi rob  .iwas only looking for an excuse to tell every one that i've got the ute on the road.theres a good story that goes with the ute but its too long for me to tell here...it would hurt my typing finger
after i stumbled onto this forum i thought "geez this is good ,i'll just go to something similar for other models" but they aint there..its unbeatable.theres not many models i wouldn't have either...had a windowless fj pv at the height of the pv craze..that was a lot of fun& hate myself for getting rid of it..sold a 4dr hq monaro a few weeks ago...needed restoring but i hope i don't regret it later           cheers trev

What's wrong with the Brabham Torana? I love 'em .....

As long as they have been slammed, trick paintwork, tubbed, billet wheels, full leather intrerior and 308 conversion (preferably with a blower). They look quite good then  Grin Grin Grin

Sorry I havent entered this conversation earlier,  the 766 code is Cordon brown for 215 whilst the 767 code is Cordon brown for 217.
768 was Cordon brown in 219 etc etc.
All else has been correctly identified
S1 - army build sedan
5296 - Deep Bronze green  - army issue

By the way I now own the FC 217 army sedan I posted a while ago.  Restoration is on the go and I hope to have it at Jindabyne all going well.

I will post some pictures once my son shows me how its done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good to see its going to be restored to its former glory
I suppose I will have to book a seat to Jindabyne to see it in the flesh
Good luck with the project
