Hi all,
wiper arm is not returning to bottom of screen, the left one does, however the right one stops in the middle of vision.
Is the drive worn, and how do you repair it, is accessibility under the dash, or via the top outside ?

It could be as simple as the wiper arm being in the wrong position! Does the wiper go down to the bottom of the screen when in use? It could be the connecting rod is worn, you need to look under the dash where the wiper motor comes through the firewall you will see the two rods going the the left and right. There is a nut and a clip holding the offset rods onto the motor.(be careful not to loose the clip)

The arms under the dash are the most likely cause.
First are the rubber bushes where the rods connect to the motor
Second are the linkages at the other end of the arm which get very worn and sloppy.

I believe Rares have new bushes, good second hand arms should be around.
