I am just wondering if anyone has had experience with window tinting . I am doing research for my sons project and have found that the darkness limit in Qld is 35% and am not sure how dark that is [the car will be in the sun all day most week days] . Secondly, is it possible to do a quality job yourself at home as the windows are clean and out of the car? Thirdly the windows on his car already have a light tint[factory] and it is a 70's model vehicle predating the introduction of the rule so I'm guessing the law may  not really apply . I probably should have posted in "shed" but noticed lots of your modified FE,FC's have tint . Just need some helpful advice before going to the ......experts . Thanks . Haydn
