I just bought a can of this to use when I start to assemble my wagon shortly.

Looks & smells just like el-cheapo tyre shine to me , expensive at $35 though , is there more to it or am I just cynical ?

I would be interested to get the MSDS's and compare.

Wurth make the same product in both aerosol and a tube that has a soft applicator like brush on boot polish.

Panel shops use this.

+1 for Wurth products. They have a spray called Roost Off that I've been using for freeing stuck fixings. It's very good.
