Microsoft help

Had Microsoft help call me yesterday and knew my name too. Said computer has been sending error messages and they had to sort it out. I said my computer is off and the only one I had on was a Macbook.
Asked me to turn on and press windows key + r then in the run box type eventwvr.

I said no worries  and she said what does it come up with.

I said it came up with the letters s c a m . Never had anyone hang up so quick 

Ps, never turned on computer...

 Ha Ha Ha I like that, im going to use it next time now, cause i keep getting the same calls.

You did it all wrong, next time go to your microwave and start pressing buttons randomly so they can hear it and tell them nothing is happening but my dinner is getting cooked

BTW - I got one caller so riled up that he told me to "F*&K off" and then hung up on me
