Can anybody help me out with a copy of the fitting instructions for the FE Bonnet Wind Split / Chrome Ornament for bolt hole setout?

If you can'nt get into the site, there is a fitting instruction sheet for sale on ebay under fc holden on page 12. If you enlarge the picture you can see the mearsurements needed.

Graham, I can't use the link, it may be off limits to me, is it possible to email, or perhaps just describe the measurements required? Would you mind please? Thanks.

Jim, I saw the instructions on ebay and they are for the FC Hood Ornament different to the FE, Thanks.
