G'day FE-FC Holden Fans

The latest online issue of Classic and Collectible RetroAutos Magazine claims to have some never before seen FE Holden styling proposals. They have been sourced with permission from the GM Media Archives. I'm not going to reproduce them all here, but encourage you to check them out at the RetroAutos website.

Just goes to show how things might have turned out.
Can still see a real improvement over the FJ in style, but am glad the FE turned out the way it did  Smiley

It almost looks like a cross between a Ford and a Dodge of the same era.

I am pleased that they dropped that idea, although it does give food for thought for those building customs

Nice pics.
Good to see GM giving access to some of these pics.
Here is a pic I saved to the PC back in 2003, so not sure now where I found it.
It would seem to be a different pic of the same model, with only slight differences.

And a few more which unfortunately i only have the thumbnails for these.
 
I can recall that Holden had a display board up at Fishermans Bend during the 50th Anniversary that contained pics of prototypes.
I took a pic or 2, so I will find some time to dig 'em out to share.
