Is it possible to make a chrome trim piece that follows the blue line ?



I want to paint the flash a different colour but want to seperate it with a chrome trim

Hey there Surferboy Grin - how about those fin trims that are often seen on the sedans?Huh You might be able to modify it so it runs along or up to the window trim.

Hi Surferboy (and Cathy) anything you use would have to be re-worked / re-rolled  to a certain degree.
You could possibly use the standard trim that runs along the back guard and door with the flared section that runs vertical on the door and invert them on the line you have drawn on your wagon (and paint them blue to match Grin Grin) Huh?
Might be worth a try - and still an FC trim. Fixings might be a problem but not insurmountable

Did no-one read this comment in the "butchering chrome" thread or did it not compute cos the word "Tilly" was spelt incorrectly?  Huh

It would be a simpler task to go straight through from the top of the taillight, under the rear door handle to the exisiting stainless piece.
