Well, he was a bit of a fool to pay the way he did but the scammer is an even bigger fool as he is on a hiding to nothing.

What a fiasco!

i've been ripped off before by a licensed motorcycle dealer, and it was 18 months of stress to get my money back which ended up at the Fair Trading Tribunal, involving insurance companies, private detectives, the police and solicitors.

it's a bad situation to be in.. compounded by the fact the seller in this ebay case is an utter tool.
