I was lucky enough to score an old toolkit for what I am told was an FC. It has the orange handled Turner screwdriver in it, the tube spanner, hammer, the bar with a bend at the end, for use with the tube spanner and removing hubcaps, some pliers and some GMH "equip" spanners. All are stored neatly in a grey bag with white edging with two press studs at the top of the bag. The bag is similiar to others that I have seen listed on with reference to parts manual. I don't recall seeing the spanners in the FC kit

What I would like to know is a)

is this an FC tool kit?

and B)

The "Equip" Spanners have the GMH in a curved lettering on them like the early 48 series and early FJ's. Were these spanners carried right through, or do I have an early set of spanners in with the kit.

Regards

Keith

Keith you have an early set of spanners and also the hammer is not in the FE FC kit.
There are only 4 items in the FE FC kit. The screwdriver, the tube spanner, the bar and the pliers.
The pliers have a 2 stage pivot in the middle and cross hatching on the edges of the handles
