Well,Rares don't list em so I made one myself.If you're bored and just happen to be doing nothing for a whole day,you could have a go at making one of these....This is not rocket science but I was real happy with how it turned out...

The old one....Knackered...

Made a template

Cut it out with the jigsaw...

Stitched on some flat bar ...

Added some crush tubes for the bottom bracket...

Added the bottom flat section....

Stitched it in....

Welded that in ....

Smoothed it all out....
Thought this might be easier to post separately than in the Black FC rebuild thread.Hope it is of some use.Cheers,Jamie.

Good job, by the time it's welded in and painted you'd be flat out picking it from the original Cool.

Thanks for the positive responses guys.Thanks Fatboy,I just thought I might be hard pressed to find a real good one and just wanted to give it a go.I'm actually an Electronic technician by trade and am doing my 2nd year Electrotechnology apprenticeship (Adult Electrician) but have always loved metal fab because it's not my job....

Well done Jamie, an outstanding job for someone not in the trade. If I had to do that.....I would have rung Fatboy. Not that skilled  Cry.
