Hope the rest of your trip is uneventful. We're snug at home after a dream run right through at 80-85 kms an hour (although the car has been rained on here in WA.)

Our next stop was Penola, and just to keep on the same theme we changed the rear uni joint at Penola (we picked up the uni at MT Gambier, the parts man wanted to know what Commodore was the FE)
Next stop was Port Pirie with no repairs just check oils and water and move on to Ceduna 559 km away.

We departed Ceduna early in the morning stopping at Nullabour roadhouse for morning tea, car looking a little sagged on one side sure enough flat rear left hand tyre, a quick unpack and tyre change and off we go again. Arriving at the border at at 1130 and a time change.
We try-ed a couple of places for tyre repairs but for all sorts of reasons ended up with it fixed at Cocklebiddy and off we go aiming to spend the night at Balladonia which we did. 983 kms travelled for the day.

We departed Balladonia at just before sunrise and made our way to Norseman, Coolgardie, Southern cross then turned off at Merredin aiming to stop in Narrogin or Williams for the night, For the first time in 5 weeks we couldn't find anywhere to to stay.

We travelled the last leg of our journey in the dark relying on our trusty globe headlights Huh to get us through the state forrest into Collie and then onto Eaton to arrive home last night at 2115 hrs.

Starting miles 86509
Finishing miles 92679
Total miles travelled 1075

Casualties 2 flat tyres, 1 water pump, 1 Harmonic balancer, 1 rear uni joint, 1 rattle in drivers side front door, 1 rattle in dash area and 2 sore bums from long hours Wink
