what accelerator cable do i use on an fc with a holden red 6 cyl with twin carbies.

I think Rares have a conversion kit, many people here have made their own usually from Commodore setups. I have seen a conversion done with an L300(?) cable using the original accel pedal too.

if you are using a commodore pedal you might need a v8 commodore
cable for extra length.

new accellerator cable was installed and you can see here the cable is mounted via a bracket on the base of the carby, the cable pulls the brass lever which is attatched to the front side of the carby butterfly shaft. The cable runs through the bottom hinge bolt in the last photo
