I got one of my Torana bumpers from Vinnies - perfect chrome and very helpful guy.

AFAIK Rares stuff is exchange and they just act as an agent, probably goes to Vinnies anyway!!

Ken will know for sure.

Cheers,

Craig.

Benji - Vinnies are not cheap but quality is good  I don't know where R/S get there chroming done, and I have never used there services for chroming, so can't comment on quality either.

Vinnies is totally independent of Rares and i would say his work is all over rares. That is not to say rares is poor but it is mass produced and vinnies is one off trade work that is of a very high quality. Also be aware that he will stand by his work.
