up for wreck is a 5.0L vq statesman CAPRICE, car was a holden diff tester vehicle and has never been registered, has 8000km genuine from factory, car has leather trim,good motor ,trans and diff, the body is immaculate, car can never be registered,
car is 100 percent complete all parts are for sale

   Why can't the car ever be registered?  Huh Is it missing compliance plates VIN or ID numbers ? Seems like a waste of a good car to me  Shocked.

all parts are in excellent condition,
it has a vin but no compliance plates,
yes i have window switches,

car is located in adelaide but will ship/post any parts
