Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a nice car cover to stop my wagon from getting dusty and a little protection from salt air.

it is parked indoors.

I have looked about but found nothing great so far. anybody recommend anything?

there is an advert in the back of SM mag for a cover manufacturer, would anybody have their link handy?

thanks

The covers we have are a silver plastic/vinyl with a felt(?) backing and covered breather holes.
Great for keeping the dust out, Nadia got them from KMart a couple of years ago and I have seen them at a Ricer shop called Car Toys http://www.cartoys.com.au/

If memory servers they can be used outdoors too, with clips built in to secure the cover.

I had been looking to custom make covers, but so far I haven't found a suitable material.

There is a lady based in Melbourne who custom makes indoor-only car covers.  I believe a few of the Vic Club guys have them.  Not sure if she had the pattern for a wagon though.

cheers

Hi Ed,
My wife made our soft car cover from 4  flannelette sheets sewn together and I put a normal cheap car cover over this (whether its parked inside or outside) Wink
