Sorry for the poor photo. Anyone tell me if it is an FC Grille Badge and what it would be worth?

Not a grill badge.
That is a 1/4 panel badge for Specials.
Used in conjunction with the Special script.

If you can't get a grille badge the quarter panel badge can be made to fit fairly easily and looks ok
