I was planning to fit some of thoses buttons like the ones streetneat fitted in a street magazine to his 2 door FC, I now dont have the estimated 2 - 4 days to do this with the doors, I want a smooth look, barely noticable if at all door handles.
has anyone looked into the laws for a wagon with a handle on the back regarding shaved door handles, it would be much quicker and easier for me to put in remote controlled solenoids and do away with buttons and locks all together.

Leon,

I looked into this some time ago and was advised in wirting from the RTA technical committe that an external and internal means of operating the door mechanism is required.  To the extent that even the tailgate required a handle.

Cheers
