I put a post on the YaBB users forum (which uses YaBB, unsurprisingly) to see if such a thing had been looked into or done by other users. A
week later, no responses.
I also trawled around for references to traderrating.php, the program being used to manage this aspect of the calaisturbo site, and came across
this, which gave me pause for thought.
It seems to me that unless the sales of parts are being managed through something other than discussion board threads (ie some sort of classifieds management software), then any rating system is way too open to abuse, or at the very least too unreliable to be of any use.
Now, if club members feel strongly that such an enhancement would be of value here, then have your say on the
Club Discussion Board.
