tests have proven that the final words before a fatal urban car crash are "OH ****"

in a rural car crash they are " Hold my stubby and watch this for skill!"

torquefc,

At the risk of repeating myself, it depends.  This thread is worth reading on the subject.

Whether it's worth it depends on many things, primarily how it suits the situation of the prospective buyer.  It could well be worth that money or more to someone who is looking at having to pay someone a couple of grand in rust and panel work to get their existing resto project up to scratch.     To someone with panel skills who is capable of that sort of work, maybe it wouldn't be, and a rusty car with a complete driveline and interior would suit them better.

The question is: is it worth $2000 to you?  That's all that matters.

cheers

I think you've done your chances of selling it here something of a disservice by admitting that.

Anyway, scroll back through the excellent Trading Post threads that Jim puts in the Auction and Trade Links board.  You'll find plenty of wagons in various conditions listed there.

cheers
