How do you fit new seals?

Nick,
You need to disassemble all the glass out of the door the bailie channels and then pull up the old seal at the base to reveal 2 screws.You need to remove these and the row of screws on the top edge of the door.You will need to drill out the rivet that pivots the window at the top once you have it out.Fit the new seal and refit all windows putting the quarter in first.The workshop manuel does a good job of explaining it .
