hi, was wondering if anyone knows if there are reproduction front door hinge springs available. ie the bit of tin that holds the door open.thanks

I dont think the chinese can make steel that strong...
they are getting hard to find with good clips..

Try a search of the Forum, I think someone had a spring-maker make up a few sets and was selling the excess.

Martin had some made by industral springs Adelaide, but also commented they were not as good as they should have been. They were not cheap with very limited amount available.

Hi, they are the same upto hr, so you should not have to much problems finding some good ones at a swap meet
