I would say he is a member of the historic holden family, who lives a little to close to Harko.

One would hope the blokes fits a smaller steering wheel it almost hits the roof.

Theyre everywhere ,Theyre everywhere.
Its pretty common to do this one to an EK Van ,  Our favourite Castlemaine Rod Shop proprietor led the way in the 80s with this one.
