Someone got to this one before Harko

Aust. Hot Rodding Review  June 1974

This car was purchased an ex-racer rolling chassis , It was first mounted with a sideplater then replaced 12 months later with a 149 , then bored to 161 with 186 carby , extractors and mild head . Interior was replaced with HR premier seats , & ... Lips sealed Customline dash. fitted EH tail-lights , vented bonnet .THEN "Hammered the Lid 3" " welded in the back doors , Back windows are Perspex.  Suspension is all FC with brake booster .   Colour ? ? Magenta with Starburst blue in the wheel wells .mmmm     wheels 6 x 13 front , 7 x 14 rear

I think that car is still around. It was called something like the "Shark" at some stage. Last time I saw it (Mid 80's), it was all black. Looked good. I will see if I can find a shot of it

   Can imagine why they called it the "shark"   and black would have to look better then Magenta, and blue wheel wells

This is "The Shark", which has been mentioned on these boards previously.  I heard that the car was found at a tip by a friend of the "Old Oldens" wrecker in Adelaide.
