Here is a link to an auction currently on ebay. No affiliation or interest whatsoever. I would assume that there would be members that are looking for one of these Magneto's

Would anybody know what the difference  between the magneto and todays electronic upgrade performance wise.
I understand the mechanical difference and the appeal of having a magneto hanging off the grey but was just wondering if yesterdays
magneto would out perform todays electronic upgrade.
Thanks Gary C

I'd have loved to have bid on that magneto.  I have been looking for one for years at swapmeets only every seen them for the red motors.  $1700 is pricey though.  I currently have a modified Falcon electronic dizzy powering the old grey.
