Hey all can a crash box handle an injected VK engine. I won't be doing burnouts and the like and just thought I would ask if it will hold up or not.

If you drive like a little old lady so to speak  it will last a while Huh Huh but how long will depend on the condition of your G/box and the controll of your right foot ...Your asking it to cope with twice the H/P and Torque it was made to handle and they don't do that very well .......FC427.......

Not sure where I'm getting things mixed up?, but I seem to remember them being used in speedway cars using 350's and the like. So I was under the impression that they were strong?
Where have I gone wrong. I don't think they really changed gears, more like - get going, chuck it in top and then race.
