G'day
I've come to the conclusion that if I'm ever to start my next project one of the toys has to go.

FOR SALE
1959 FC Special sedan
colours: champaigne over copper bronze
Engineered in WA & licensed until July 2009

Engine
Small Block Chev (305ci), forged flat top pistons, crane cam, followers & push rods
Yella Terra roller rockers on Dart 2 ported heads
Castlemaine headers
Edelbrock RPM dual plane manifold (new)
Holley 600 with vacuum secondaries (new)
MSD electronic distributor & coil (new)
Desert Cooler 4 row radiator, twin 12" thermo fans

Transmission
Supra 5 speed to Ford 9" LSD
Heavy duty racing clutch 10.5"
steel flywheel & pressure plate (new)

Suspension & Steering
Castlemaine HR front end & chassis kit
HQ ventilated discs & calipers
Torana rack & pinion
Weld Racing Draglite rims 15x5" (F) + 15x7" (R)

how did you go getting the 305 in it??? how much chassis work did u do, because i was reading the website and you can go to 326ci before putting chassis rails for the engineers certificate and the rest of the shit. what did you go about doing when u built yours??? Im thinking of putting a 350 in mine this is why i ask!. thanks mate sorry to bother u

Ezza,

Have a look around in the Modifications board, there has been a lot of discussion over the years about the dos and don'ts of V8 conversions. Long story short, what's legal in WA may not be legal here (or vice-versa), so start by talking to an accredited engineer here in NSW before you do anything else with your car.
