I have got hold of a couple of radiators a NOS and a very good second hand one. These radiators have the part number 7409838 the same as any FE/FC one. However they are about 50mm taller and have different mounting on each . They weigh almost 8kg

Anyone know if these are the heavy duty grey motor radiators and if so were they an option for the FE/FC

Cheers
Gary

Just a guess, maybe it's off a 1958 Vauxhal Velox ute.
The motor looks like an over size Grey from memory.

Hi Gary,
The part number is for FE-EK Manual Heavy Duty.
But i reckon they are for a 48-215 or a FJ Wink

Thanks for that Ace
I know the second hand one came off an FJ , however the bloke said he bought it in the sixties. The New one has 3 fixing holes on each side

Gary
If you not sure about them, I will take tem off your hands and do the research for you. I will give them back once I find out what they fit (might take a while).

Cheers Jim
