Great day down at Berrima. Not sure on the official number, but had to be over 100 cars there through the day. The FE FC club had 20.
Here are a group of pics.
First pics are at the meeting point and on the road to Berrima.

The show.

Congrats to Ed Ho for winning the Peoples Choice of Most Popular Car on the day.
Thanks to the guys and gals from the FE-HR Holden Club of ACT for stepping up and hosting an enjoyable day.
Regards
Alex

Great Pics Alex (As usual). Someone said there was 84 cars! Thanks to all those that turned up & made the day such a great success. Tony Galea (aka Nascohunter form Vic Club) also put in an appearance. At least one car from ACT didn't make it, due to a failed timing gear.......Aaaarrrggh!  :-/

Congratulations Ed, on winning "Most Popular Car".

Cheers,

Graham

Well done Ed on the award...most deserving !

Bet you had a few "Stalwart Grey owners" left wandering, when a V8 Modified takes out an award on a GREY pride run  Wink Tongue Roll Eyes

Well, your car did have  GREY in it when it was born.

Looks like it was a great day.....

Thanks Alex for posting the pics.

Cool pix (as usual) Alex,

quite a sight to see kilometres of early Holdens motoring down the freeway,

The V6 FJ with "walnut" rocker covers was a very cool car (3rd pic down on left)... Interestingly it was in Alfio's shop when we were doing the colour on the wagon.
Probably painted by Alf too. it also sported a beaut aluminium radiator and nice motor cover fashioned from aluminium or stainless.

Thanks for the "most popular" vote, to have a peer voted award is something special..  should I paint the motor grey now?  There were numerous cars equally deserving of the award.

The car is regularly driven at least 3 x a week, ferries kids and dogs around the place and driven in the rain.  Built to enjoy.

thanks ACT club for the day.

Cheers

Ed

Cool  Cool pics Alex.  Cruising from Pheasants Nest to Berrima via Mittagong was a blast and a real show of strength.  Could have been straight out of the fifties with all the real steel and chrome on he road.

It was great to meet some of you FE FCer's and to also have look at some of the cars you guys have been building.

Thanks to the ACT FE-HR Holden Club of ACT for a top day.

Regards
