To be blunt, no it's not.  A help that is.  Not without an Ebay item number at the very least, or preferably a link to the auction in question.

The people who "know what to do" have probably seen the item already...

cheers

Hmm, 10 day listing with 4 to go and no bids.
Either, everyone interested knows their game or no-one is interested (yeah right!).

I would say things are going to get crazy around 11PM Friday night! Shocked
Sarge, better get the sandpaper to work on your trigger finger. Grin

Rob
I dont mind if people know I am interested and watchin the item. I know how much I am prepared to pay for an Item and will put my bid and only one bid in at the right time. If I get it then I get it if, not I just keep looking. I am not one to get carried away in the heat of the bidding. I do get pissed when I miss by a $1.00 but thats life and thats just meant to be. Wink

Are these grille badges that popular/rare that a crappy thing like that commands $100?

Oh, did the big bad moderator hurt Col's feelings?

Mate, you haven't seen rude, but you're going the right way about changing that.  I don't know where you get off bringing my "misser's" into it, but it costs me no more than a smile would to tell you to get stuffed.

If you (or anyone else) wants to let people know about Ebay auctions, good luck to you.  I disagree with the practice, although I don't stop people doing it.  But it's just common sense to include a link to the auction.  A week from now, this thread will still be here, but the auction won't.  At least if there's a link the people you're trying to help will know to stop looking, they've missed out.

And "pee'ed off" because I couldn't find it?  Grow up.

Hi Guys.
Rare, hard to find & usually expensive.
Not standard, they were an accessory. They were nearly going to be on all FC's apparently, but at the last minute, they were pulled to keep the FCs cost down
(Too expensive).

Glenn,

Yes, they are worth that much to some people.  Over the last 12 months I've seen them sell for up to $250- for reasonably good (but not mint condition) ones.  I love 'em, and I reckon a lot of other people do, too.

Polish up the chrome and put one of Graham Fuller's adhesive overlays on it and it would look just great on the front of any FC.

IMHO
