Hi guys, I tried to assemble my engine and gearbox on the weekend and have hit a bit of a snag, I have an EJ 138 that is to go into my EK sedan, the new motor didn't come with a flywheel and the one from the EK 138 that was originally in the car will not mount up to the end of the crank, the recess in the flywheel seems to be about 1mm too small in diameter. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix the problem would be appreciated.

Cheers
Jason

Jason,
The EJ flywheel should be the same. Maybe it has a burred edge that won't let you get it on properly???

All the grey motor flywheels (Manual) should be the same size.
