FE Prototype pics 1-5

Here are the first 5 FE prototype pics.
This first group look more like FJ's than FE's, but you can see the elements of the final design getting added.
Interesting to see the shape transform, and to see what might have been.
I will post the next five at a later date. (There are 10 in total)

I hadnt seen those ones Alex, where are they from?
I was talking about the ones published in "THe History Of Holden Since 1917" - page 166, which are much later and look a lot more like the FE, right body shape but with a FJish grille and odd taillights.
Or perhaps the FC prototype in "Australias Own - A History of Holden" - page 94.  Now they are some cool fins that blend into the taillight & how about those whitewall tyres ?.
If you dont have these I can probably email them to you.

Hi Ken.
I have both those books...thanks. Why not scan and post some pics so that those that don't have the books can see 'em.
These pics came from a 70's Hot Rod? magazine. Not sure which one now, it's around here somewhere, scanned it years ago. If you really need to know, I will look for it.
The next 5 are a little more closer to the FE, but still way off. Lol.
