Hi all, I'm wanting to put some rear seatbelts into my fc sedan, I'd like to use something like the VT rears and have them in the boot up under the rear parcel shelf. Has any one fitted these before? If so, some pics would be greatly appreciated! Main thing I'm wondering about is how/what the slot for the belt to exit through in the shelf should look like  Huh.
Regards,
Moon.

You will find some pics of some VP ones here:

They are designed to mount at that angle.

There is a large choice of setbelts at stores like Bursons and Repco that are non retractable. They are good because they have a more universal fitting rather than the special brackets you see if you buy a belt from a factory car.

Hi all, thanks for the replies allbeit to late  Tongue Cheesy, but I ended up getting some that mount on top of the rear parcel shelf. They do look a bit cumbersome but they do their job. Needed 'em in straight away so my kids could enjoy the FC as much as me  Wink
One thing I did though was to make up a new cover for the parcel shelf because the old vinyl & underlay was totaly shagged!
Cut out a template in cardboard of shelf, covered it in fibreglass and tidied it up into shape, then covered it in a foam backed material (which an upholsterer GAVE me!! Enough to do 2 or 3 more!! Shocked )
Came up a treat, when I finaly take a photo I will post it up to see.
Got plans for the FC down the track so will probably go under parcel shelf with seat belts then but for now just enjoy
the ride.
Cheers,
Moon  Wink
