Hi .. just about to put the bonnet emblem on the bonnet and can anyone tell me what sort of gasket or rubber goes between the chrome emblem and the bonnet .. is it a thin 2 piece , or rubber washers  .. seems a bit harsh to bolt it straight on the bonnet without something between .. tried Rare Spares and they have no listing for anything .. Regards Stephen

I bought some rubber that was adhesive on one side and stuck a piece to each bracket on the badge. Works a treat on mine Cheesy

Stephen,

I had a look last night and found that I had a small amount of the rubber left.

It's yours if you want it - send me a PM with your address and I'll post it to you.

Even if there isn't enough to do both brackets, at least you'll know what to use.

Cheers,

Josh
