It's certainly a bit different. I'm intrigued by the description of the interior as "vandalised" though. "Stripped" might be closer to the mark.

cheers

I actually saw one in North Melbourne Vic fitted with a holden V8. The twin pipes were the only thing that gave it away.

I have seen one at toronto west NSW fitted with a 351 cleveland porsche gearbox also seen one with a leyland P76 lots of EJ subaru engines but never a red motor.
Sounds like an old farmer they try to use anything laying around like the trruck looking radiator no matter what they do they all have a ugly radiator fitted to the front.

Maybe someone should write a book of what red and grey motors have been fitted too.

The mate also had one with a Holden V8 first he had the radiator out front then moved it under the car and fitted a second radiator with two big fans to cool it .....FC427......

I've seen a very potent one with a Peugeot V6 in it, not sure how he kept the front end on the ground though Grin

At the end of the day you can only push a block of flats so fast no matter how much power you have.

If you haven't grown up by 50, you don't have to.

Dunno Pete that guy in that clip is pushing that block of flats pretty fast Wink Grin, and making it go round corners, wicked, now I wouldn't mind driving a Kombi like that.

The only advantage a i can  see is if you were in the back with a lady friend and someone was driving extra fast for a thrill.

Hmm has me thinking.

Anyone wanna drive a kombi for me..
