there is a set of metal seat surrounds on Ebay do the fit std FC sedan seats

They can be made to fit, but don't just bolt on. The locating screw holes etc on the FC seat aren't the same as FB/EK. This has been discussed before. Do a search for "seat surrounds" and see what turns up.

The other problem is that the back section is lower than FC and if fitted to a stock FC seat it will show a large patch of white material at the back which looks ugly.
OK if you are retrimming and change the pattern of the material to suit.
