Hi All

I just went down to Rare Spares to buy some rubber seals for my FC Sedan wheel arch spats. They didnt seem to know much about them at all, nothing listed on their system. They said that if I were to bring in a sample or bring the whole car (not an option at the moment...) they could match something up...anyway, they were busy...

Does anyone have any information that could help, and or another stockist where I can source the seals?
Thanks

Tony

I am guessing they are some sort of "U" channel, I'd suggest taking a spat down to Clark Rubber.
We have a place in Adelaide called "Fitch the Rubber Man" all they have is rubber gear and seem a lot cheaper than Clark to, there may be an equivalent in your state.

There is a repro spat manufacturer here in Vic who sells the rubber separately - I have the number as 03 9434 1410
If it is not correct I can chase him up at the next swap meet, or maybe someone else has some more info.

Thanks Ken and Stinky

Ken, I'll try that number on Tuesday after New Year. I'm trying to get ready for the Australia Day event with the club, so have a few weeks up my sleeve. Thanks

Hi All,

Does anyone have a set of original or repro rubber seals that they could take a pic of, measure, or both? I didnt do any good at Clark Rubber, Rares said that they probably have something but would need a sample and/or measurements before they go out the back and look for the stock. Thanks in advance,

Tony
