Inertia reel seat belts

Jnr has has her L plates so its time for some serious safety belts. Strangely the old lap belts which have been fine for me must now be replaced on order by senior management.
1.0 Is there anybody who manufactures a replacement for the old lap and sash style belts updated to inertia reel?
2.0 I imagine that there a good few who have performed this modification any suggestions?
3.0 If it turns up that I need to use second hand stuff is there anybody who will refurbish it to roadworthy standard.
Best regards,
Steve.

Steve,
There must be a place in Vic - there certainly is in SA. For the top loop they drill a hole in the B pillar below the curve, feed a captive nut on a plate up through the pillar & secure it in place with 1 pop rivet. Then they fit a plaric plug in the hole. It's hidden by the seat and you wouldn't know unless you went looking for it. The inertia reel fits very nicely between the pillar and the seat.
Stinky fitted his himself, I paid to have mine done due to limited body-work skills and a gutless nature. The fitting cost me $100 per side, but it was worth it to get the job done right.
Very neat, very effective, and no bolt all the way through the pillar.
Phone around your seat-belt or trim specialists.
I believe 2nd hand seat belts are illegal - and most wreckers won't even sell them.
