what i wanted to be achieved from the conversion was to change the current 3 on the tree to a auto column to keep the same look and bench seat setup . i supplied the the column along with other parts from vb,vc ? i think ,was a while ago. then to have it collapsible as per rods racks website. when it was going. not knowing the ins and outs of the change and modification but the final result which was agreed on is now only realizing that it things were not done at all.

seems my column i had modified at rods racks is no good and not worth using . so may look at the ek column nes232, but leaning towards a new column to suit to save the hassle. feel a bit ripped off for what i paid for and didnt get in the long run.

what is the best to use when you  modify to run ecotec conversion right through  to keep the  original look  on the dash of the fc . i dont want tacos and temp gauges all over the place. doesn't look right . any ideas or places  i could look at would help.
it looks like keeping the old speedo isn't on the cards?
