This car is a Non Survivor Ken.

I have just pulled a grey out of an FC ute. No letter prefix. Engine number 226569. So guessing out of an FJ going on the number. This engine has been sitting with no bonnet over it, so was full of water/oil & does not turn over.Just seeing if there is any interest in it before it goes to scrap. There is a bell housing, manifolds & fan.

What date is that?

I have a mate with a black HX wagon. He is the 3rd owner & has all of the sales documents from the 2nd owner. It was at a display day the other weekend & a bloke comes over & says "I ordered that car new from Dwyers Wollongong" Black, roof racks, 253, 4 speed ,GTS dash. He told him all about it & the prang his wife had & that is the reason it has a HZ grille. Love those stories.

I just put the numbers in for the std wagon. I think it is a bitsa. Tag says special wagon. This one is painted white with no holes for the chrome trim & no exterior chrome at all. It has a red 6 in it. Numbers say it's a two tone blue special wagon.
