Hey Brads59.
Nice car. Love the colour combination. Never seen the colour on the front like that before....is it Purple or black, hard to tell in the pic. Cool name for an FC.

Craig.
Updated the pic slightly. Here it is again.
Now about that FCEK, Did you know that one of those actually existed at one time. I saw a classified advert in a hot rod mag from the early 70's? that included a photo. It didn't look bad, kinda like a prototype FB or a styling design for the updated FC.

Craig.
I think your kids might enjoy putting some colour to this van instead.
If you need contributions for your book, let me know. Perhaps we could sell em as a fundraiser for the Qld Nats?

Hey Harko.
When your friend wips that roof off, make sure he puts the new roof on a little lower. After all, half the work will be done. You know the drill.

Hey Steve.
Got em at Berg's Hobbies @ Parramatta NSW. Only FC's they had in stock at the time. They also had FJ, FB, EH, HK Monaro, GTHO and a few others. No FE though.
Regards.

4331  Galleries / Little Cars - Members' Model FEs and FCs / Rosco's N scale FC's on: August 11, 2002, 11:19:19 AM
Picked up these FC's recently at a model shop that sold trains. They are made out of pewter for N scale train sets (1:160). The level of detail for their size is amazing. They measure only 3cm long and 1cm high. Look good painted up in 2 tone.  Cost $14.95 and are sold in pairs as you see them.

Hello Rat.
Welcome to the site. Nice little custom you have there, nice mods. Reminds me of the blue and white FC I had once apon a time. Are you located in QLD? Perhaps we will see you at the FE FC Nats.

Hey Harko.
It was nice to meet you today and to put a face to the posts. Glad to hear you picked up some stuff at the swap. As for the 'poo' mobile, don't worry, you can always paint it an exciting colour like grey....tehe!

Alex

Nice work Richard. Love the spats. Not sure about the green with the lilac though. What's with the grey door pillars. Lol. Keep em coming.

Thought you might like to see some simple exercises in virtual top chopping.

Here is my car with the lid lowered. Wanted to see what it could look like one day.

Here's Charlie Ballas' FE with a more radical roof profile.

4338  Galleries / Unreal Cars - Members' Artwork / Re: Photoshop chop on: July 08, 2002, 11:37:28 AM
Sounds interesting to me. How about we make it an art expression section. It could include Photochopped work, drawings, paintings, sculpture etc. Whilst we're at it, how about a FE FC model car section, stock pics or customs.

Alex
4339  Galleries / Members' FEs and FCs / Re: Two Thirds FC on: July 06, 2002, 12:16:37 AM
Hey harko.
Thanks for the pics. It is interesting to see a top get chopped. What colour is the new paint going to be? Will you have it at the next All Holden Day? Come over and say G'day if you are there. Now where's the pics of that FC top chop you promised us?
Regards
Alex
4340  Technical Board / Modification Help / Re: fe gearbox conversion on: June 25, 2002, 12:00:14 PM
Check out my earlier thread titled 4spd shifter conversion for bench seat. I use a one tonner shifter and am only a short ar$e but don't have to stretch forward to change gears. Hope this helps.
