as you know I sold my fc wagon and now have a 54 chev,v8etc

last time I looked he has it for sale on carsales for $70K

Mitch has sold some of his vehicles but he will never sell the FC
He currently has a chev and a buick for sale on ebay

Mitch has a hi rise manifold with 2x4 barrel carbys under the scoop

Mitch now has guards,the only thing he needs is his pride back
He will have it back on the road soon ,repaired and a mini makeover

no clip,only a bow in her hair

I used CEVA and they smashed the tailgate lock with a screwdriver because
could not open it with the key,I had never had a problem

The cross member bolt covers can be purchased from most stainless steel merchants that sell stainless pipe for railings,
they are the end caps,I polished them then put them in with a bit of silicone and they never moved.

I used 2x12 volt hair dryers purchased from a camping supplies shop,they went under the dash and gave plenty of air and were
approved by the engineer,cost about $30 ea,the air went through the holes in the dash so worked perfect

Phil is usually at the swap meet in conjunction with the All Holden Day this weekend,he has a van and gets under cover in one of the old sheds

PPG have Forrester Green,It was the dark green I got painted on my wagon

If you put deflectors on a modified car it looks too old fashioned (only my opinion)
If you want them they look okay chromed

I also tossed the engine mounts from v6 conversions , the special sump to suit a 304 efi had to be modified twice to fit,
as far as they were concerned the conversion was a success because they got paid
A mate purchased a front end,when a bolt dented his inner guard their reply was "that bloke was a terrible welder so we sacked him".as far as they were concerned that fixed the problem they were not interested in his inner guard

There is a FC driver in Frenchs Forest that has restored a Blue ute and 2tone blue wagon,I have spoken to him and he has restored a lot of FC holdens and has collected a lot of Nasco parts he uses in his restorations,unfortunately that is all i know

Now retired in Berry NSW I sadly no longer have room for my 1958 FC Holden Station Sedan.

The car was a feature in the January 2011 Street Machine magazine and has won many trophies in NSW.

The FC runs a reconditioned 304 EFI Holden V8 engine (balanced, bored, cams, etc.) and has done less than 4000km.  The gearbox is a a manualised turbo 700 connected to a Ford 9" differential running 3.25 ratio gears.

The car has had a total rebuild at great expense including many custom features.

- Retrimmed colour coordinated leather & vinyl upholstery
- New colour coordinated carpets
- Custom gauges
- Colour coordinated louvres on rear side windows
- Kenwood KVT-534DVD head unit (7" Screen, DVD, CD, iPod) complete with reversing camera

- Rear tailgate debadged
