Awesome console Craig, the best flattery is imitation & I'm sure this will be copied quite a few times. Also I think the best job is if it looks like it came original, that's got it in spades!

43  For Sale and Wanted / Parts For Sale / 179HP, Trimatic, YT 9port, Triple SUs on: June 05, 2017, 12:35:19 PM
Hi All,

I've decided to move in a different direction, so have some stuff for sale.

179HP mated to Trimatic, complete from radiator to yoke, in cradle on wheels
Triple SUs on a Warneford manifold to suit a 9port head
YT Head 9port

Would like to sell as a package, but open to offers. Was going to post some pics, but PB is being very slow this morning, so here's a link to Gummy, happy to discuss a FE-FC Forum Member discount  Grin
If the price is right, I have some chrome engine accessories I will throw in. I also have a new 3sp Hurst Promatic shifter for sale, which isn't in the ad.

Great progress Cam

Are you running the LJ diff, with HQ stud pattern? I have a HR front end that will be running HQ, & I have a LJ diff lying around, so wanted to convert that to HQ as well.

Thanks Jim,

Yes, hopefully now I have the room to work on her, progress will start.
I think some aspects of the rendering will be considered, but not sure how far I'll go down the road with the concept. I'm hoping to find that happy medium.

As I have read in wonderment of everyone's build in this great FE FC community, I guess it's now time to give back, and start the sharing of my journey.

While I have no hard core fabrication/mechanical pics to share yet, in the interest of a picture tells a thousand words, I've attached the following to show the trip so far.

Plenty of ideas floating around in the old noggin, but what actually eventuates time will only tell. My first port of call with be the engineer to get approval in principal before any major changes are commenced. Won't be the fastest build but slow progress is still progress.

Hey mate, I had one but it had gauges instead of warning lights, probably from a English car so I pegged it.
Sorry I can't help.
