I think I must be partially blind as I just don't see the rust. All I see is all the solid stuff. That just looks like "a little extra effort"!If you lose interest and want it gone, give me a buzz haha.Get it blasted first then start cutting that shit out.Not that hard.Really looking forward to the build pics mate, good luck.Cheers,Jamie.

The lower quarter sections from Craig Vane are to suit FB-EK and are different (although advertised as to fit FE-FC as well) as shown in my thread as I ordered a set from him a couple years ago. That is of course unless he has now changed the profile.Cheers,Jamie.

Nice little cam you have there Pete. Are the specs on the box for 1.6 rocker ratio or 1.65 that you have on your rollers?Puts you just under 500 thou at 1.65.I couldn't find the rev range specs but should be nice on the street.Cheers,Jamie.

Nice rims Pete (albeit wrong stud pattern) what are the details size etc.Looks like your original caps will fit which I think you mentioned a while ago and you were making some clips. Were they expensive?Love to have another option for the Black Fc but love the original style with caps.Cheers Jamie.

I have a few good photos in my thread "it has begun, but will it continue?" (can someone attach the link?)As mentioned,it all depends what is still attached to the car (diff etc) and also if it is a sedan, wagon or ute.I found there is round circle stamped into the fire wall directly behind the engine which seemed to be spot on in line as far as pivot point goes.Back one was just above the fuel filler.Cheers,Jamie.

Great idea mate,I am still running a lot of pitted original chrome as it is very expensive to get it re-done.If and when I get the cash together I will get it rechromed but it will do for now.
