Metal is like putty in your hands Pete Couldn't help noticing your lovely Wagon petrol tank in one of those shots, the tank I'm putting in my FE Wagon looks a little rugged, not to mention holed on top is your one from the Stainless Steel bloke that remakes them? Gary

The part no on front springs is stamped on the flat end or upper end of the coil
Following from what Ken said re swapping the fronts for more strength you can also swap the rear leaf spring assemblies to beef up sedans

The rim with the flat leading edge is to suit Bosch headlight usually found on commercial and standards
The rounded leading edge is Lucas is mostly found on Specials, although not uncommon to see either used
Looking good, you're lucky to have found a panelbeater that cares

From memory I think later model holden exhaust manifold studs fit although the end that goes into the manifold is a thread or 2 short of the of the depth required but still ok.
