Metal is like putty in your hands Pete
Couldn't help noticing your lovely Wagon petrol tank in one of those shots, the tank I'm putting in my FE Wagon looks a little rugged, not to mention holed on top
is your one from the Stainless Steel bloke that remakes them?

89  Technical Board / Modification Help / Re: Fc front springs on: November 27, 2019, 01:16:28 PM
The part no on front springs is stamped on the flat end or upper end of the coil

Following from what Ken said re swapping the fronts for more strength you can also swap the rear leaf spring assemblies to beef up sedans

The rim with the flat leading edge is to suit Bosch headlight usually found on commercial and standards

The rounded leading edge is Lucas is mostly found on Specials, although not uncommon to see either used

Looking good, you're lucky to have found a panelbeater that cares

99  For Sale and Wanted / Parts Wanted / Re: Exhaust flange stud on: May 10, 2019, 08:38:59 PM
From memory I think later model holden  exhaust manifold studs fit although the end that goes into the manifold is a thread or 2 short of the of the depth required  but still ok.
100  Technical Board / General Technical / Re: EJ Vacuum Advance Pipe? on: April 22, 2019, 04:47:12 PM
Rob,

This may not be of help but the hyda-matic on a grey have a small breather can for the tranny on a pipe attached to the box that sits in that area but is not connected to the vacuum
