Totally off topic, but I thought I recognised the latin quote in your profile "Fortius Quo Fidelius" or Strength Through Loyalty, which is of course the motto of the mighty Saints. Can I deduce then Rabbitoh that you are a fan of the Red, White & Black?
Yes ownfc59, "died in the wool" is the term, I believe. I was five in '66 when we last (first?) won the GF. As Ken mentioned, we are all still a bit shell shocked The only sad bit about the loss of Henry's big rwd Aussie sedan I agree, are the jobs that will probably go from Broadmeadows/Geelong. On second thought, Geelong deserves no sympathy from me Go Saints in 2010.

General / General Board / The death of the Foulcan?

As no one has mentioned the latest (sad? ) news from the dark side of the dark side (ie. US parent company, Fomoco, has flagged the imminent death of the Aussie Falcon), I hereby take this opportunity to claim victory for the mighty Holden in the 50 year battle for the hearts and minds of the car buying public of Australia. We always knew we were on a winner, didn't we?

The Floor Pan of the FC Sedan came out without any real problems.Sorry, but couldn't resist hi-jacking this thread- looking at that photo, it seems a shame we can't get these pan assemblies reproduced by an enterprising someone (hello Rares, et. al.). If they were to give it a go, and the result was a close repro, the queue would form behind me I know, I know..., a man can dream can't he?

Rabbitoh, was your interst in the sub frame?? If so, it is rusted on left hand side however right side is good.
Regards, Trevor_B
Hi Trevor, I need the front half floor pan from sill to sill (left to right), and from centreline of front seat to a few inches up from base of firewall (back to front). Our van looks like Fred Flintstone's ride at present . Thanks, R.
