Sorry, I don't have one for sale but I know how you feel, Up until August last year I hadn't had any. I remember the old man having a few of them (FC's & FB's) I used to play in them everyday when I was a kid. I wanted one ever since but as you well know time goes by and life changes, it's either not the right time, you buy/sell a house or another baby comes along etc, etc.
I have a few boys myself who love the older cars and like your boys would harp and harp for me to get one. I kept telling them that they didn't have to convince me they had to convince their mother ;D.
Well...... eventually they did and I picked up my first FC Holden last year  :)  There is nothing better than going for a Cruz on a Saturday / Sunday arvo while listening to some 'Old School' music  8) Even the wife loves hopping in and going for a drive :o

BUT, be careful!!! because like what has happened to many of us The 'BUG' has grown and before you know it you might end up with 2 or 3 in the shed ::) You just can't get enough of them!!!
Anyway, Good luck in your search for that FC. You will have to let us know what you end up with. The search for one is all part of the experience of owning one ;)

In my opinion (Not that that means anything) The more repro's that rare spares reproduce, all the better for me and everyone else that's in the hunt for bits and pieces that are becoming hard to find. There's a fair chance that It will also keep the prices down and stop people trying to charge HUGE prices for everything these days. :o

I'm still looking for those parts if anyone has some they want to sell.

Hi oldholden... What a beautiful, original old car. ( I wish it was sitting in my shed) Keep us posted with what you do to it. I wonder how many more old FE's & FC's like yours are still out there hidden in sheds. Like ridgey_didge said earlier, what other old holdens are in storage?

Hi, I am trying to chase up 4 scratch plates, 4 door pulls and a grill badge insert (Repo or reconditioned) for my FC. Can anybody help me out please? I have heard that rare spares may be making repo scratch plates but unsure if that is correct. Will pay for items and postage. Cheers.

Hi,TAYZ sounds like a bargain you just can't get them anymore...... If only I had the room   ??? I'd pay you $750 plus no dramas.. Sell it at the swap meet for $1000  :)
