They don’t have the mounting plates on them as it was too difficult to press them in. So he has made them as a separate part if you need them.

Nothing special. But easy to make. I made it out of 2mm for extra strength. Welded rhs on other side and will use pipe for crush tube. Sorry no pics of that yet(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190605/dbe7cbee70a7d93d9357664827fad284.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190605/ae2afbd4fa8d411bf55a40710e5b924e.jpg)

Made them up in one piece for my van. 1.6mm 18 gauge but no dimple pressings like you can get now. No crush tubes as I will use the factory style bolts with the step shoulder. I overlapped the front of the number one body member for a bit of extra bracing.

all you needfor the dimples is some round bar and a bit of pipe.smash the round bar into the pipe .it will give a similar look .....or press it if ya got one.

Appreciate your offer though I don’t have one Wayno.  I suppose I could make up a wee press and use    a small 1.5 tonne jack or maybe I’ll buy a portapower?  18# zinc anneal, I don’t know. Birthday coming up. Another car is taking precedence, ute with good sills but rusty rear floor around the tank.

Anyway tell us of your progress mate. Mine are FB and EK so not appropriate on here.
